Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package's progress on the shipping carrier's website. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive the email. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the listed shipping address.

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM EST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with your tracking information.

We offer both digital and physical (retail) products, and our return policy differs for each:
- Digital Items:
All digital products are delivered instantly via download and cannot be physically returned. Because of this, all sales of digital items are final and non-refundable. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. If you have trouble accessing your files, we're happy to assist. - Retail Items:
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@Brick-Art.com with your order number and reason for return.
