SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase. After that, the transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • _shopify_uniq: No data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day. Counts visits per customer.
  • cart: Unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores information about the cart contents.
  • _secure_session_id: Unique token, sessional.
  • storefront_digest: Unique token, indefinite. Used to determine if the visitor has access if a password is used.

We may also use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other marketing/advertising pixels to understand user behavior and preferences. These may track user actions across sessions and websites.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and most international countries. Enter your shipping address to find out if we ship to your location.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package's progress on the shipping carrier's website. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive the email. If you have any issues or need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Express shipping is available for select orders for an additional fee. Please see shipping options at checkout to see if your order qualifies for express shipping. *Please note that we cannot upgrade the shipping method of an already placed order.

CAN MY SHIPMENT BE REDIRECTED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the listed shipping address.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED OUT?

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM PST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with your tracking information.

Returns and Refunds

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been "processed". To cancel, please contact our customer support immediately. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. If you need further assistance or have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
