Returns & Refund Policy

At Brick Art, we offer both digital and physical (retail) products. Because of their different nature, our return policy varies by item type.


📥 Digital Items

All digital products are delivered instantly via download and cannot be physically returned. Because of this, all sales of digital items are final and non-refundable.

Please review product details carefully before purchasing. If you experience any issues accessing your files, we’re happy to assist—just contact us at support@brick-art.com.


📦 Retail (Physical) Items

You may return physical items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@brick-art.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason—no justification required.

The item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn/unused)
  • With tags and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@brick-art.com.

WHAT IF I AM MISSING SOME BRICKS?

We're really sorry to hear that something was missing from your Brick Art order. We strive for perfection in every set and take it very seriously when a faulty one slips through. Don’t worry, though—we can send you the parts you need!

Please contact us at support@Brick-Art.com and let us know what is missing. Once your replacement bricks are on their way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and most international countries. Enter your shipping address to find out if we ship to your location.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package's progress on the shipping carrier's website. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive the email. If you have any issues or need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Express shipping is available for select orders for an additional fee. Please see shipping options at checkout to see if your order qualifies for express shipping. *Please note that we cannot upgrade the shipping method of an already placed order.

CAN MY SHIPMENT BE REDIRECTED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the listed shipping address.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED OUT?

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM PST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with your tracking information.

Returns and Refunds

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been "processed". To cancel, please contact our customer support immediately. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. If you need further assistance or have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
